We’re looking for a graduate account executive to work across our portfolio of accounts covering a range of digital media. The Account Executive will assist in the day to day management and development of our clients’programmes and campaigns. You will also be actively involved in new business pitches and an ambassador for the agency in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, present and implement digital strategies for clients.
- Negotiate with clients and effectively grow and retain clients with contract renewal and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Works with internal team to develop proposals, optimize campaign performance and ensure effective delivery of results.
- Review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed through, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Set up campaign KPIs, monitor performance of campaigns to ensure KPIs are met.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights as directed by your supervising account manager.
